LaBorde Therapy Center is looking for an *Occupational Therapist* who has a heart for helping others and would enjoy a thriving Outpatient/Orthopedic setting.
Staff and leadership positions are available.
Experience preferred but new grads will be considered.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients to learn about their conditions, symptoms, and limitations
* Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet patient needs, establish short and long-term goals, and develop a Plan of Care
* Market services to physicians and community
* Inspire and encourage patients throughout the healing process while motivating them to reach their highest potential
* Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
* Oversee and lead therapy technicians to enhance patient care
* Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy
*Occupational Therapist Job Requirements and Qualifications:*
* A valid and current Louisiana license to practice occupational therapy
* Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process
* Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient and co-worker personalities
