This is a living room in the second floor apartment of a big old house (the apartment is the whole 2nd floor), but you wouldn't be sleeping on the couch.

And that whole space is just for you.
This room is not for a guy.
I put "private room" in the ad, even though it is an open space, because as I mentioned, you would be the only one in that space, and when the other roommate is sleeping in their own bedroom, it would be totally private for you.
But since it's not a real room, it's a low price of only $100/wk.
However, the move-in cost is $700, which covers:
$100 - First Week
$200 - Last 2 Weeks (for when you give a 2 week notice to move out), and
$400 - Security Deposit (you will get this back when you move out, as long as you were a good tenant).
