My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate who can sign a six month lease running from Jan 1 to June 2024 (with possibility to renew.

Room will be unfurnished, the photos included have our current roommate's furniture in them.
You would have the master bedroom, which has two closets, ensuite private bath, and private balcony.
The house is shared with two female roommates (26 and 30) and one small dog.
Since the house already has a dog, we are looking for someone with no pets.
(No cats or dogs at least, if you have a pet that lives in a cage/terrarium in your room that's fine!)
The rest of the house has two living rooms, in-home washer and dryer, full kitchen as well as an additional room we currently use as a storage/ guest room.
One roommate works full time and the other is a grad student at UNO, so house is often empty during the day.
The house is also located right off Magazine Street and walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
