WHAT I OFFER:
I'm willing to trade work such as cleaning, yard work, assistant services, customer service work or other favors for rent until I have returned to my job mid-Dec or Jan.
Once I return to work, I can pay 600 a month for rent.

I'm currently living in Alabama, but I want to move back to LA as soon as possible.
If I'm the sole occupant, a 1 bed, 1 bath house, apartment, townhouse, condo, etc.
If roommate situation, 2+ bed, 1-1.
5+ bath.
I have my own bedroom furniture, dining table, kitchenware, and some livong room stuff, so looking for unfurnished.
I'm willing to consider all forms of leases.
ABOUT ME:
Single, big gal, nerd, college student.
Currently furloughed, so I'm looking for employment in or near the area.
Currently enrolled in Delgado for AS in funerary sciences.
I'm quiet and clean.
No drugs, rarely drink.
I'm not a party animal or like to be loud.
I play video games, tabletop games, read, watch horror/thrillers, fantasy, anime, etc.
I do have animals.
They are clean and quiet.
My service dogs are trained and capable of work as covered by the ADA and FHA.
*If I can't feel like the home is partly mine and my animals and I feel restricted or uncomfortable, I will not pursue your offer.
I should be allowed to feel at home for what you're getting.
If you expect us to make ourselves scarce when not providing you services, then you're looking at the wrong ad.
