*Job description: Material Coordinator*
*POSITION SUMMARY*
The Material Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and tracking material, equipment and/or supplies for shipment to various offshore locations (projects).
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

· Shipping and Receiving
· Tracking Materials
· Material Segregation
· Bag and Tagging per Work Pack
· Log in all Materials & Inventory by Job number
· Preservation
· Computer Experience and working with Spreadsheets: Required
· Ording of basket and/or trucks to ship material
· Make pick-ups or drop-offs at request of Management
· Maintain Warehouse & outside working areas clean, while practices good housekeeping
· Obey and follow all safety rules and policies
· Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE) when required
· Perform & Report to General Manger and Operations Manager
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS*
· High School diploma or equivalent education
· Valid Drivers License
· 6-10 year working within the Oil & Gas Industry in a related field preferred
· Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to preform basic level mathematical knowledge
· Basic Computer skills: MS Office
· Must have the ability to perform work accurately
· Must be reliable and have good time management skills
· For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
· For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
