The ideal candidate should have an excellent bedside manner, strong organizational skills, and proficient verbal and written communication skills.
LPN (Duties) Reports to the Wellness Director Responsible for providing clinical leadership and nursing care to meet the needs of the residents Provides direct oversight to direct care staff and ensures completion of talks Provides direct care and assists PSAs and CNAs as required Charts on residents, manages and administers medication Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned LPN(Qualifications) Must have current license as an LPN in the state of employment Two years of experience in Assisted Living or Dementia Care (preferred) CPR and First Aid certification Experience working with an electronic health record system Benefits: Paid Time Off Health Insurance Dental Insurance Company paid Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance LT and ST Disability Critical Illness Accident Insurance Do you have a valid LPN license?
