We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and dedicated to the care of our residents.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent bedside manner, strong organizational skills, and proficient verbal and written communication skills.
LPN (Duties) Responsible for providing clinical leadership and nursing care to meet the needs of the residents.
Provides direct oversight to direct care staff and ensures completion of tasks.
Charts on residents, manages and administers medication.
Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned.
LPN(Qualifications) Must have current license as an LPN in the state of employment Two years of experience in Assisted Living or Dementia Care (preferred) CPR and First Aid certification Experience working with an electronic health record system
