Under the general supervision of the Traffic Manager, the Traffic Customer Service Rep classifies freight and rates and corrects freight bills.
Responsibilities
Provides rates quotes.
Data enter pricing and customer information.
Applies accessorial revenue.
Processes overcharges.
Processes incentive allowances.
Performs other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
Rating experience
Transportation experience
Knowledge of AS400
Knowledge of National Motor Freight Class
Pay Rate: $18.
14 - $20.
81 per hour, based on experience
