- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for visitors and callers
- Proficiency in operating front desk equipment, including phone systems and office machines
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred, but not required
