Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The accounting clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, financial acumen, and experience with accounting software.

-Minimum 1 year previous experience working in an accounting role or similar position.
-Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and processes.
-Proficiency in using accounting and general computer software such as QuickBooks, Excel, Word, etc.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting task and ensuring accurate financial records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable, Collections, Customer Billing, and Processing Billing to and from Company.
-Perform Data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
-Assist with Accounts payable receivable functions.
-Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
-Prepare and process invoices, purchase order, and expense reports.
-Prepare and assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
-Create and maintain customer and vendor financial profiles, and assist with collections.
- Perform general administrative task as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
