Must be ok with small dog in the house, 99% time she’s following me wherever I’m at, she greets everybody coming in and will expect your attention for a minute to be talked to and petted.

Must cleanup after yourself and perform weekly cleaning duties in your private bedroom & bathroom.
Must be willing to rotate weekly cleaning duties in shared areas.
First & Last month rent plus $250 security deposit due at move in.
